1. Eligibility

1.1. You must meet the age requirements specified for the Event.
1.2. If You are under 18, You must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent to participate.

2. Assumption of Risk

2.1. You understand and acknowledge that participation in the Event involves physical activity, which may result in injury.
2.2. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, and property damage.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1. You agree to behave respectfully towards other participants, coaches, and staff.
3.2. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to violence, harassment, or foul language, will result in immediate removal from the Event without a refund.

4. Medical Consent

4.1. In case of a medical emergency, You authorize Event staff to secure medical treatment on Your behalf.
4.2. You are responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Event.

5. Release of Liability

5.1. By participating in the Event, You release Overtime Perform, its officers, employees, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising out of Your participation.
5.2. This release applies to any claims of negligence or other fault by the Event organizers.

6. Media and Intellectual Property

6.1. You grant Overtime Perform permission to record, photograph, or otherwise capture Your likeness during the Event for promotional and commercial use.
6.2. You waive any rights to royalties or compensation for such use.

7. Registration and Fees

7.1. Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Event is canceled by the organizers.
7.2. Substitution of participants is not allowed without prior approval.

8. Cancellation and Force Majeure

8.1. Overtime Perform reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather or other force majeure events.
8.2. In such cases, participants will be notified, and any rescheduling details will be shared.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the Event takes place.
9.2. Any disputes arising from the Event must be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
